Strawberry High Protein Yogurt Bites

Delicious and easy strawberry yogurt bites packed with protein, perfect for snacks or dessert.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: crushed nuts, seeds, or granola

Instructions

  1. Prep your strawberries by washing them, hulling, and slicing into small pieces.
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  3. Fold in the strawberry pieces until evenly distributed.
  4. Scoop the mixture into a silicone mold or ice cube tray.
  5. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours until solid.
  6. Release the bites from the molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
