Strawberry-Kiwi Mojito Smoothie

A delightful blend of sweet strawberries and tangy kiwis with fresh mint, perfect for refreshing summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries, roughly chopped
  • 1 ½ cups frozen kiwi, roughly chopped
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 oz. rum or vodka (optional)
  • 2 cups crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Start by measuring out your frozen strawberries and kiwi.
  2. Take your fresh mint leaves and give them a little crush with your fingers.
  3. Pour in the frozen strawberries and kiwi, followed by the crushed ice.
  4. Blend everything on high for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  5. Pause the blender and use a clean spoon to taste your smoothie.
  6. Grab your favorite glass and pour the smoothie in.
  7. Pop a few fresh mint leaves on top for garnish.

Notes

Serve chilled and topped with mint or a slice of kiwi. For parties, consider a smoothie bar for guests.
