Peach Burrata Bruschetta Board

A delightful summer dish combining ripe peaches, creamy burrata, and crunchy toasted baguette, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Peaches
  • Burrata Cheese
  • Toasted Baguette
  • Fresh Basil (optional)
  • Honey or Balsamic Glaze (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Baguette: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick pieces. Spread them out on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. Slice the Peaches: Rinse your peaches and slice them into wedges or rounds.
  3. Prepare the Burrata: Open the burrata carefully and place it in the center of your serving board.
  4. Assemble the Board: Arrange the toasted baguette slices around the burrata and add the peach slices.
  5. Drizzle and Season: Drizzle honey or balsamic glaze over the dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with Herbs: Tuck fresh basil leaves among the peaches for extra color and flavor.
