Peach Cheesecake Pretzel Bites

A deliciously unique treat that blends sweet and salty with a creamy peach cheesecake filling over a crunchy pretzel crust.

  • 1 ½ cups crushed pretzels
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 oz (1 package) softened cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup peach puree

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pretzel crust: Crush pretzels into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter and sugar, and press into mini muffin tins or on a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling: Beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and peach puree until smooth.
  3. Assemble the pretzel bites: Spoon cheesecake filling onto each pretzel crust.
  4. Chill for at least an hour in the refrigerator to set.

Notes

Add crushed walnuts or pecans for added flavor, or drizzle with chocolate for a rich touch.
