  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing those beautiful peaches.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss your sliced peaches with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Let them sit for about 10 minutes.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla extract.
  6. Fold in your whipped cream until combined.
  7. Grab your ice cream cones and spoon in the cheesecake filling.
  8. Top with the peach mixture and drizzle with caramel if desired.
  9. Place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Notes

These cones can be prepped in advance, just add the peach topping before serving.
