Peach Cobbler Breakfast Pizza

  • 1 store-bought pizza dough
  • 3 fresh, ripe peaches
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until about 12 inches in diameter.
  3. Slice your peaches into thin wedges and combine with brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon.
  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough to your baking sheet.
  5. Arrange the peach slices on top of the pizza dough.
  6. Sprinkle more cinnamon on top and dot with small pats of butter.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
  9. Add whipped cream before serving if desired.

Notes

Use perfectly ripe, in-season peaches for best flavor. Try variations with berries, nuts, or coconut for a twist.
