  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 teaspoons Grated Lime Zest
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Spreadable Cream Cheese (optional)
  • Optional Toppings: Lime wedges, sliced banana, almonds, granola, chocolate chips, shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Make sure all your ingredients are ready. Slice your banana, chop your pineapple, and make sure your spinach is clean and dry.
  2. Blending Phase One: In your blender, add the frozen banana, baby spinach, and ice cubes. Blend on low until the mixture begins to combine.
  3. Add the Juicy Goodness: Next, toss in the cubed pineapple and chopped mango. Continue blending until everything is well mixed.
  4. Incorporate the Creaminess: Add the Greek yogurt and cream cheese (if using). Blend until fully combined and smooth.
  5. Flavor Boost: Add honey, lime zest, lime juice, and vanilla extract. Blend again until all ingredients are mixed well.

Notes

For a thicker bowl, use frozen fruits and more ice. You can store the smoothie base in the fridge for up to 24 hours before serving.
