Refreshing Tropical Mango Pineapple Mocktail

A vibrant and refreshing mocktail that blends mango and pineapple juices with coconut water and hibiscus tea, perfect for any sunny day.

  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 3 oz coconut water
  • 1 oz hibiscus tea (or substitute with pomegranate or cranberry juice)
  • Pineapple fronds, citrus slices, and/or edible flowers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather your tools such as a mixing glass, stirring spoon, and a beautiful glass for serving.
  2. Mix the juices in your mixing glass: pour in 2 oz of mango juice, 3 oz of pineapple juice, and 3 oz of coconut water. Stir until combined.
  3. Brew the hibiscus tea with hot water and let it cool, or set aside pomegranate or cranberry juice.
  4. Layer the mocktail by gently pouring hibiscus tea over the back of a spoon for a beautiful gradient effect.
