Tropical Mocktail

A refreshing tropical mocktail featuring mango, pineapple, and coconut flavors, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 2 oz Mango Juice or Puree
  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 3 oz Coconut Water
  • 1 oz Hibiscus Tea
  • Pineapple Fronds, Citrus, and/or Edible Flowers for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Glasses: Start by choosing the perfect glass. A tall, clear glass makes the drink visually appealing. Chill it in the freezer for a few minutes while you prepare the mocktail.
  2. Mix the Juices: In a shaker or mixing glass, pour in 2 oz of mango juice or puree, followed by 3 oz of pineapple juice.
  3. Incorporate Coconut Water: Now add 3 oz of coconut water to your juice mixture.
  4. Add the Hibiscus Tea: Pour in 1 oz of brewed hibiscus tea.
  5. Shake It Up: Add ice cubes to your shaker or glass, cover it with a lid and shake vigorously.
  6. Strain and Serve: Remove your glasses from the freezer and strain the mixed drink into your chilled glass.
  7. Garnish: Top your mocktail with pineapple fronds, a slice of citrus, or an edible flower.

Notes

Feel free to swap fruit juices based on availability. Can be made in advance by preparing the juice mixture, just add coconut water before serving.
