A refreshing Tropical Mojito Mocktail that captures the sunny flavors of summer, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup fresh mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: lime slices and pineapple wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Cut your pineapple and mango into chunks if you haven’t done so already.
  2. Juice the Lime: Squeeze that lime into a small bowl until you have about 2 tablespoons of fresh juice.
  3. Muddle the Mint: In a large pitcher, add the fresh mint leaves and your pineapple and mango chunks.
  4. Add the Sweetness: Drizzle in the honey or agave syrup and freshly squeezed lime juice, then stir to mix.
  5. Pour in the Sparkling Water: Slowly pour in the chilled sparkling water, and stir gently to combine.
  6. Ice, Ice Baby: Fill your glasses with ice cubes, and carefully pour the mocktail over the ice.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Finish each glass with a slice of lime and a wedge of pineapple, topped with a sprig of fresh mint.
