Tuna Melt Wrap

A comforting Tuna Melt Wrap filled with creamy tuna salad and gooey cheese, toasted to perfection.

Ingredients

  • Canned Tuna
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Celery, chopped
  • Green Onion
  • Cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • Tortilla Wraps (Flour or Whole Wheat)
  • Butter or Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tuna Salad by mixing drained tuna, mayo, Dijon mustard, celery, and green onion in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to season the tuna salad.
  3. Take a tortilla and spread a generous amount of the tuna salad mixture onto it.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it from the bottom up, tucking everything snugly.
  5. Heat butter or olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Slice the wrap in half and serve with optional sides.

Notes

For a twist, add sliced tomatoes or avocados, or try different cheese types.
