A delicious and refreshing watermelon smoothie perfect for hot summer days, combining ripe watermelon, frozen strawberries, bananas, and a zing of lime.

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh watermelon
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • Juice and zest of half a lime
  • 2 tbsp vegan yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: Start by cutting your fresh watermelon into cubes. Remove the seeds and measure out 1 1/2 cups of watermelon.
  2. Gather the frozen fruits: Toss the frozen strawberries and bananas into the blender.
  3. Add the juice and zest of half a lime to the blender.
  4. Introduce the vegan yogurt to create creaminess.
  5. Drizzle in the maple syrup, tasting as you go.
  6. Blend until smooth, adding water if necessary.
  7. Taste and adjust as needed.
