Dump-and-Bake Beef & Rice Casserole

A simple, comforting casserole that combines lean ground beef, rice, and cheese into a delicious one-pan meal that the whole family will love.

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 2 cups uncooked long-grain rice
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Flavor explosion: Add your favorite spices and sauté for an additional minute.
  4. Mix the browned beef, uncooked rice, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Get cheesy: Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake covered with foil for about 45 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 15–20 minutes.
  8. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes before serving.
