Dump-and-Bake Cheeseburger Pasta

A comforting one-pot cheeseburger pasta dish that combines classic flavors into a quick and easy meal.

  • 12 oz elbow macaroni
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the beef in a large oven-safe pot or Dutch oven over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Add the elbow macaroni directly over the browned beef without stirring.
  4. Pour in the beef broth, milk, ketchup, and mustard; stir to combine and ensure pasta is submerged.
  5. Sprinkle one cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake covered for about 25 minutes; uncover for the last 10 minutes for a crispy top.
  7. Uncover, stir to combine, and top with remaining cheddar cheese; return to oven for 5-10 minutes until melted.
  8. Serve and enjoy your delicious cheeseburger pasta!

Notes

For added flavors, consider garnish with fresh parsley and crushed potato chips. You can also customize with different cheese blends or vegetables.
